This may increase or decrease due to participation in games and training, and effort in games and training.Tournaments – Though this is a developmental age, players enjoy winning medals and want to do their best to win them. Therefore, tournaments will be a “play to win” mentality. However, coaches will recognize that all parents and players make the time and monetary contribution for the tournament, and coaches will make an effort to offer time to all players.
