Q: Will there be additional fees other than the registration fees?

A: Each player will order their uniform kit from our uniform vendor ($150-$225).  Peak FC's goal for 2025-2026 is to supplement remaining team fees and tournament fees through the generous donations and sponsorships from our Peak FC supporters!

Q: Is there financial assistance available?

A: Peak FC offers limited need based financial assistance.  An application can be found here.

Q: I noticed an increase in Registration Fees from last season. Why is that?

A: This year, we’re moving away from having separate registration fees and team fees (Fall and Spring). Instead, we’ve combined them into a ONE registration fee, which covers most of what used to be split out.

In past seasons, families paid a lower registration fee up front, but then also had to pay separate team fees and tournament fees during the Fall and Spring Seasons. By combining these costs into one registration fee, we’re making the total cost more predictable and easier to budget for.

For the 2025–2026 season, our goal is to supplement the remaining team and tournament costs through generous donations and sponsorships from Peak FC supporters…so families don’t get surprise invoices partway through the year.

Payment Plans and Scholarships are also available to help keep soccer affordable and accessible for all players!
For more information about scholarships, please contact [email protected].

Uniforms will be purchased separately (about $150–$225).

Q: Are registration fees due the day I register?

A: Various payment plans are available when registering.  Peak FC Registration Fees are due in full prior to players participating in training sessions or games. Customs payment plans may be available.  Please contact [email protected] to set up a payment plan.

Q: My player is no longer able to play this season due a move greater then 75 miles or injury/illness.  How do I request a refund?

A: Submit a refund request.  All refund requests will be reviewed by the board of directors and may take up to 30 days to process.

Tournament Information:

Q: Where are tournaments played?

A: Peak FC Teams have played in tournaments throughout Colorado, New Mexico, and Arizona in the past.  Our club is always looking for new tournaments to fit the needs of our members.

Q: How many tournaments will my team play in each season.

A: This varies by age and team.  In the past, tournament commitment looks similar to:
U9/U10 - 1 Fall Tournament and 1-2 Spring Tournaments (typically 1-3 tournaments total)
U11/U12 - 1-2 Fall Tournaments and 1-2 Spring Tournaments (typically 2-3 tournaments total)
U13/U14 - 2-3 Fall Tournaments and 2-3 Spring Tournaments (typically 4-5 tournaments total)
U15/U16 - 3-5 Tournaments (may play additional with U17/U18 Team
U17/U18 - 4-6 Tournaments

Q: Am I required to play every tournament my team registers for?

A: Peak FC strives to manage roster sizes to provide adequate playing time for all players.  Because of this, we ask that you attend every tournament that your team registers for.  When players miss, it impacts the rest of the team.

Q: Does that team stay together for tournament travel?

A: If the tournament is not a stay and play tournament, there will be a preferred team hotel.  This increases team bonding and cohesion.  However, families are welcome to book hotels at their preferred hotel.  A block of rooms will be held at a team hotel if the tournament is a stay and play tournament.  Each family will book their own room through the block.

Q: What is a Stay and Play Tournament?

A: A tournament that requires all teams to book hotel rooms through an official travel partner as a condition of participation.

Q: Do families have to book through the provided link for stay and play tournaments?

A: Yes.  Even if you choose one of the listed hotels, reservations must be made through the tournament's booking link.  Direct or third-party bookings do not count.  You may choose a different hotel than the team is booked at as long as you use the travel partner's website to book.

Q: Why is the required?

A: It is set by the tournament (not Peak FC) to secure room blocks, support event costs, and maintain partnerships.  Most tournament may penalize teams that don't meet the requirement.
